All agreements with an outside contractor who maintains the cemetery should be relocated to the same site along with the Certificate of Insurance indicating comprehensive general liability coverage naming the bishop, the diocese and the pastor and parish as additional insured’s. Anyone providing grass cutting, backhoe operation, setting of vaults, pouring of foundations and setting of memorials who is not a W-2 employee should have a Certificate of Insurance in place. |
